basWe’ve all been there. You’re in a bar, minding your own business when some tough guy has tipped back a few too many drinks and has something to prove. At this point everyone in the bar becomes a potential victim. It’s all dependant on what you do and how he reacts.

It often won’t take much to set buddy off. It can be something as small as looking at him or his girlfriend that makes him snap. You then have several options: you can try to talk your way out of it, which probably won’t work with meat heads like this, or you can drop his drunk ass to the floor so he doesn’t go after anyone else.

Bas Rutten is a multiple award winning fighter. His professional record consists of 28 wins and only 4 losses. I think it goes without saying that Bas knows what he’s talking about when it comes to fighting. I definitely wouldn’t want to have to fight this guy. Luckily for us, Bas has been making various videos to help teach people how to train and fight. Obviously fighting takes hard work, conditioning and experience, but a video from a seasoned veteran couldn’t hurt.

In this video, Bas goes over various tactics to subdue these troublemaking meat heads and make them look foolish. Notice how effortlessly he finds various creative ways to put an end to his opponent’s idiocy.

Enjoy.
