The Man Institute is located in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia, Canada. For those of you who have never been to the Lower Mainland or BC, it is a kick ass place. We are fortunate enough to have many great cities and in these cities are some real manly men. Where there are manly men, there are manly activities, restaurants, bars, clubs, sports and just about any other manly thing you could desire.

This portion of our site is dedicated to our surrounding community. We will be visiting various awesome places as well as interviewing important people from the area. If you are from the Lower Mainland, we highly recommend visiting the places that we visit, trying the products that we review and participating in the activities in the area which we recommend.

We have been graced by an abundance of manliness in the Lower Mainland and although it may be dwindling slightly while male foofiness has exploded, there will always be a core group of real men to keep the art of manliness alive and well.
